Landhaus Sambs is located between Bad Aussee and Grundlsee in green Styria. The panoramic location of the apartment is the ideal starting point for excursions and hikes in the Ausseerland Salzkammergut.
The center of Bad Aussee is about 15 minutes walk away. The idyllic Kreuzangerweg leads down to Bad Aussee, along the way are always small benches that invite you to linger. From there you can enjoy the mountain panorama.
The apartment is about 75 square meters and offers space for up to five people. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, an extra toilet and the entrance area. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and the bathroom with rain shower.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen

via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
