Spend an unforgettable time in Bad Aussee!

In the large garden, which is only available to guests, there is a wonderful tranquillity that can be lived in and enjoyed. Directly in front of the front door, magnificent flower meadows nestle in the landscape shaped by mountains. Endless hiking and walking trails as well as bicycle and mountain bike routes are just waiting to be discovered.

On hot summer days, the crystal-clear and clean lakes, Grundlsee and Altausseer See, with their natural bathing beaches, tempt you to cool off. The unusually rich cultural offer of Bad Aussee offers a wide variety of events, sights as well as a golf course and several riding stables.

These apartment chalets can be chosen:

  • App. 3 for four guests (extra beds are possible on request)
  • App. 1 and 2 for two guests each (extra beds are possible on request).

The flats are equipped with upscale alpine furniture, designed once for four guests and twice for two guests.

By opening a double connecting door, two flats can be transformed into one in no time at all, which in turn can be connected to the flat on the upper floor via a shared staircase. Perfect for larger groups or family holidays.

A carport with three standing spaces is located directly at the chalet.
Each of the flats has a balcony or terrace with a bench, where you can enjoy the long-awaited peace and togetherness with a breathtaking panoramic view.
All guests have access to a beautiful garden for sunbathing, barbecuing and relaxing.

The bedrooms are equipped with a double bed 180x200 centimetres without footboard. High-quality medium-hard mattresses and the finest Austrian bed linen ensure a pleasant bed feeling. The kitchenette with a refrigerator and freezer, cooker and oven, kettle, coffee maker, a selection of pots, pans, wine and water glasses, as well as porcelain tableware in country style allows for optimal self-catering even over longer periods of time. A comfortable corner bench invites you to sit together.

A beautiful miniature tiled stove provides cosy warmth in addition to the underfloor heating in winter. A comfortable couch and a modern flat-screen TV harmoniously complement this area and invite you to spend time together.

The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower cabin and a double or single washbasin as well as a toilet. A hairdryer is also provided. The apartment for four people offers an additional toilet. A towel and a bath towel for each person, as well as shower gel, hair shampoo and body lotion for the first need are provided.

General price information

For additional guests arriving with us (please clarify with us before arrival) we charge a fee of 20,- Euro per person/night.

Final cleaning flat rate:

  • € 50,00 (App. 1, or App. 2)
  • € 100,00 (App. 3)
  • € 15,00 per pet (one-time charge)


For bookings for 1 night we charge an additional flat rate of 30,- Euro (App. 1, or App. 2) or 40,- Euro (App. 3) regardless of the number of guests.

Pets are welcome, however, a prior request is necessary. We charge 10,- Euro per day for each of your pets. We ask for your understanding that animals may only be kept on a leash in the chalet area.

Immediately after the reservation we will ask you by email to pay a deposit of about 50 % of the total price to complete the booking. For bookings at short notice, we will gladly accept full payment in cash on arrival.

Payment arrangements for final payment:

We prefer a bank transfer up to five days before arrival. We also accept cash payment of the balance on arrival.

In case of cancellation, the Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
