Sonja from LIVIN YOGA offers yoga classes in Bad Mitterndorf (in the Woferlstall). In the yoga units, which are basically in the style of "Hatha Yoga", relaxation exercises and meditation are just as much a part as the sun salutation, the various asanas (postures) as well as breathing exercises or sometimes a mantra; and in the unit for yogi:nis with previous experience also flows.´

In addition, private sessions for individuals or whole groups can be arranged. Individual classes are especially suited to tailor the yoga class to one's own individual needs and to find deeper into the position and mental attitude through "hands on".

Free parking is available in town, just a few minutes walk from Woferlstall.
