The house is located near the Sonnenalm vacation complex in the district of Rödschitz, about 1.5 kilometers from the center of Bad Mitterndorf. In the well-maintained non-smoking house there are wonderful views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony.

In the modern equipped kitchen you will find everything a vacationer's heart desires. The accommodation is the perfect starting point for excursions in the region and is located directly on the hiking trail to the Singerhauserhütte. At a distance of 2.5 kilometers is the Grimmingtherme.
