All nine double rooms, multi-bed rooms or suites have been newly furnished. Two suites are for four people each with their own bathroom on the ground floor. Three suites (for four, five and six persons) are with own bathroom on the second floor. Four rooms (for two and three persons respectively) with washbasins in the room and with a shared bathroom in the corridor are on the second floor. The house has a cozy lounge which invites to stay. No breakfast is offered, guests can use the large kitchen in the basement, and cater for themselves as they wish. If you arrive by car, there is a parking lot available. Hacienda Kukoricza is located about two kilometers from the center of Bad Mitterndorf and is a perfect starting point for hiking and biking in the region.

via the A10 Tauernautobahn, take the Eben exit, continue on the B99 in the direction of Hüttau, past St. Martin am Tennengebirge to Rußbach and Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
