The self-catering huts are located on the Tauplitzalm near the large parking lot.

The Hogererhut is equipped for six to seven people. A tiled stove can be found in the spacious living room. Wood for it is provided.
The Kanonenhut consists of two separate apartments for seven to eight people each. On the third floor there is another apartment for three people. The accommodation is completely made of local wood.

The ascent is from Bad Mitterndorf via the Tauplitzalm Alpine Road. (subject to toll)

In summer you can drive up to the accommodation. In winter, the car must be left at the large parking lot on the Tauplitzalm. You will be picked up from there and brought to the hut.

via the Tauernautobahn A10, exit at Golling, continue on B162 in the direction of Lammertal, past Abtenau to Gosau, continue to Lake Hallstättersee on the B166, keep left in the direction of Bad Goisern, turn onto the B145 in the direction of Bad Aussee/Liezen
