In the heart of the Ausseerland, just a few minutes' walk from the shores of Grundlsee, lies the holiday home s'Manz – a charming wooden house with historic character and modern comfort.
Spread over two floors, the house accommodates up to three adults and two children. The facilities include a newly renovated bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a wood stove, a dining room with a tiled stove, and a cozy living room with cable TV. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a box spring bed, a single room, and a connecting room with a day bed – ideal for families.
Two bathrooms and a spacious entrance area with storage space complete the offering. The garden with a sunbathing lawn and large wooden terrace invites you to relax; pets are welcome.
Around the holiday home, the Ausseerland offers numerous recreational opportunities within a two-kilometer radius: hiking and cycling tours start right at the doorstep, and the Grundlsee is only 350 m away, making it ideal for swimming, rowing, or stand-up paddling.
